The Matnext Airflow BALANCE 15mm mattress underlay combines ventilation and comfort in a discreet anthracite look. Black outer layers and white spacer threads form a breathable 3D mesh that lets air circulate under the mattress, reduces moisture build-up and helps to prevent mould, mildew stains and odours. For home, motorhomes, boats and roof tents. Made in Europe.
70% recycled material: The polyester is made from 70% recycled material.
Discreet design: Black outer layers and white spacer threads give the underlay an anthracite look.
Comfort: The 15 mm mesh cushions noticeably and is elastic.
Secure hold: We recommend our Matnext Anti-Slip Clips to prevent shifting.
How it works
Why mattresses get damp, and how air stops it
Everyone gives off moisture while sleeping. It sinks through the mattress and condenses at the coldest point: the underside, where it rests on a solid base. The 3D mesh lifts the mattress onto an open air gap, so the moisture escapes before it can settle.
On a bed box, the floor or a boat berth the moisture has nowhere to go. It collects under the mattress, the first mildew stains follow.
